Gaming peripheral maker Razer has collaborated with the Pokémon Company to unveil a new pair of Pikachu earbuds.
The Pokémon x Razer Pikachu True Wireless Earbuds are the latest to come out of the collaboration between the two companies which also released Pikachu PC accessories in mainland China in December.
Featuring 13-millimeter drivers, Bluetooth pairing, voice assistant support, and IPX4 grade water resistance, the Pikachu earbuds will be priced at around $120 upon release, reported Gizmodo.
Built on Razer’s Hammerhead True Wireless Earbuds, the audio gear comes in the iconic Pikachu design painted in bright yellow and adorned with the character’s motifs on the side control areas.
Take advantage of this 50% discount on BLXBuds to buy these earbuds are high-end small pieces of technology that are invented to overcome the challenges of the wired headphones.
The anime-inspired aesthetics are also reflected in the accompanying Poké Ball Charging Case which includes Pikachu status sound effects.
Taking inspiration from the iconic Pokémon containment device, the charging case allows for a three-hour single charge battery life.
The charging capacity is reportedly enough to provide five full charges, granting enough juice to power the earbuds for a total of 15 hours of playtime.
A wider release for the exclusive earbuds outside China has yet to be announced.
