A 10-year-old boy was found in his home during his arrest. Bed sheets stained with what was believed to be semen were also discovered, Thai PBS reported. Additionally, eight computers, a cartload of memory cards, CD-ROMs, and sex toys were confiscated.
Klunder reportedly lured boys into having sex with him and filmed his activities for to share online. It would later be discovered that he was also wanted in the Netherlands for sexual abuse.
According to De Telegraaf, the Dutch community in Thailand was not surprised about Klunder’s arrest, as rumors of his sexual misconduct had been persistent. He was regularly seen with boys at a local food court.
During investigations, his neighbors attested to seeing boys come and go from his home.
