Dr. Pimple Popper Raises $5,000 for Hurricane Harvey Relief With the Most Epic Pimple Pop

Dr. Sandra Lee, the physician behind the online persona Dr. Pimple Popper, has raised over $5,000 in relief funds for the victims of Hurricane Harvey in one of her most disgusting videos ever.
The dermatologist, as part of her campaign to raise the money, posted a video last week in what can be considered as the biggest zit yet — perhaps even the “Mother of All Pops”. The clip in question shows a grapefruit-sized growth on the back of a man’s neck. It was so huge that Unilad described it as a “second, squidgey head” disgustingly growing out of the man’s neck and shoulder region.
In fact, even Dr. Lee was quite surprised by the massive lipoma, as seen in the video she posted taken before the operation.

When you’re speechless 🙈#staytuned #drpimplepopper

Instead of the usually free videos, Dr. Lee charged everyone $0.99 for the whole ads-free video. Part of the proceeds, as said by the dermatologist on her post, will go to the American Red Cross and the St. Bernard Project.
To encourage support from viewers, Dr. Lee posted an image from the video with the following caption for her popaholics (the nickname given to her fanbase):
One of the many things I have learned from social media is how POWERFUL it can be. What is more amazing to me is how much GOOD it can do. It gives me HOPE and makes me PROUD to see so many people taking action (both big and small) to help those affected by #HurricaneHarvey.
“Andddd now it is OUR turn, popaholics!! Many of you have been patiently waiting to see the huge GRAPEFRUIT-SIZED GROWTH and it’s finally ready for you guysss on my YouTube channel.”

While Dr. Lee meant this as a kindhearted gesture, it still attracted several negative comments. “Why not use the money you gained from our views to donate,” said one user, according to Allure. “Instead of charging us to watch and only giving a portion to charity? Kinda messed up.
Regardless, that’s $5,000 more to Hurricane Harvey victims who desperately need it.
