Donald Trump Gets the Last Laugh After Gawker Publishes His Cell Phone Number

Yesterday, in response to Trump leaking the cell phone number of fellow presidential candidate and U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham in July, Gawker published his cell phone number to try and give Trump a taste of his own medicine. Unfortunately for them, Trump knew exactly what to do with the situation and turned it into an opportunity

While that one cell phone (he must have many) must have been absolutely bombarded with random calls for “the Donald,” Trump used the directed attention to advertise his presidential campaign.

The number now goes straight to a voicemail which promotes Trump’s website, Twitter account and then asks the caller to come to campaign events.

You have to hand it to Trump — he plays the game well.
