‘Digimon’ is Coming Back in 2020 For One Last Epic Adventure

Toei Animation recently treated Digimon fans with a treasure trove of new footage from the highly anticipated flick “Digimon Adventure: Last Evolution Kizuna.”
On Thursday, the Japanese studio released the new trailer for the film which is set to hit theaters in 2020, according to Crunchyroll.
There is a lot to take in as this story is expected to conclude the overarching narrative of the massively popular Digimon Adventure tri. film series.
Fans have speculated that the film, directed by Tomohisa Taguchi, might also be Tai’s final journey with Agumon.
In the clips, Tai and the DigiDestined have grown into adults and now they are torn over the fact that they will have to abandon their Digimon.
The film’s opening theme song is the “Butter-Fly” which is also the first Digimon Adventure anime by the late singer Kouji Wada.
“Digimon Adventure: Last Evolution Kizuna” is set to be released in Japan on February 21, 2020.
