An Asian-owned liquor store in Dallas saw chaos earlier this week as a woman threw and destroyed items over a phone call.
What happened: Security footage shows the woman pulling down shelves and throwing products across the store.
- The incident occurred at the business located in the 5800 block of Botham Jean Boulevard on July 6. Dallas police officers responded to the disturbance call at approximately 4:30 p.m.
- Witnesses told officers that the suspect became angry over a phone call. She then started pulling and throwing items.
- No items made contact with anyone present at the store, police said. There were also no injuries reported.
Investigation ongoing: The Dallas Police Department is investigating the incident under case number 119749-2021, Senior Corporal Brian E. Martinez told NextShark.
- The suspect is yet to be identified. She fled the scene before officers arrived, Martinez said.
