Inside Cristiano Ronaldo’s New $18.5 Million Apartment in Trump Tower
World-famous soccer player Cristiano Ronaldo confirmed rumors that he will be moving to the Big Apple after purchasing a Trump Tower apartment in New York City for $18.5 million.
According to the New York Post, the Portuguese star’s contract with Spanish team Real Madrid is set to expire in 2018.
Bonnie Chajet of Warburg Realty was the broker in the arrangement. The 2,500-square-foot apartment previously belonged to Italian real estate mogul Alessandro Proto, a business partner of Donald Trump’s.
The Trump Tower apartment is located at 721, 5th Ave.
The interior of the pad was designed by Juan Pablo Molyneux, a champion of the “maximalism” style.
The L-shaped apartment allows for panoramic views of Central Park to the north, the Hudson River to the west, and iconic buildings such as the Empire State Building and the Chrysler Building to the south.
The 2,500-square-foot apartment boasts 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
The gourmet kitchen features a seating area overlooking Central Park.
The bathroom has breathtaking views overlooking New York City.
Trump Tower is regarded as one of Manhattan’s most prestigious and secure condominiums.
