CRAVITY rounds out lineup for inaugural Krazy K-Pop Super Concert in NYC
K-pop boy group CRAVITY are the last act to be added to the lineup of the inaugural Krazy K-Pop Super Concert in New York City.
The lineup: The Krazy K-Pop Super Concert, which takes place on August 26 at the UBS Arena, will feature previously announced headliners girl group IVE and MONSTA X members Shownu and Hyungwon.
The latter’s performance marks a comeback for the pair following fellow MONSTA X member Shownu’s return from his compulsory military service. It will also be IVE’s live debut in the U.S.
Other K-pop artists in the lineup include former IZ*ONE member and soloist Kwon Eunbi and boy group AB6IX. This will be Eunbi’s first U.S. performance. Meanwhile, AB6IX’s appearance at the concert coincides with their upcoming 2023 ‘The Future’ world tour in the U.S.
About CRAVITY: The nine-member group gained recognition with their debut album, “Season 1- Hideout: Remember Who We Are,” which claimed the top position on the iTunes Top K-Pop Album Chart in multiple regions. Their most recent comeback was their fifth EP “Master: Piece” back in March.
CRAVITY, IVE, Shownu and Hyungwon are also in the lineup for KCON LA, which will take place a week prior.
Events team and venue: The event is being produced by Pulse Events, who has worked with acts such as BIGBANG, EXO, T-ara and DJ Soda. UBS Arena, which is located at Belmont Park, has hosted K-pop artists such as BTS’ Suga, TWICE, SEVENTEEN, MAMAMOO and TOMORROW X TOGETHER.
