But maybe, just maybe, you might be that one lucky person who a benevolent billionaire lets stay in their luxurious high-rise apartment while they are off traveling the world for months on end. It never hurts to ask, right?
At least one guy on Craigslist knows what I’m talking about. One 26-year-old man who currently works near Times Square — but lives all the way in Williamsburg because his job hasn’t made him an ultra-millionaire — posted a hilarious ad on Craigslist seeking a “rich foreign real estate investor” who’d be willing to let him crash in their empty apartment that they bought but never lived in.

But a Midtown shelter isn’t all this guy needs. If you are going to live in a billionaire’s place, you might as well expect and enjoy a billionaire’s necessities — no matter how outrageous.
Of course, not everything is all take and no give. What does he bring to the table? Honesty, if anything.
As with letting any stranger live in your place for even a few days, you always run the risk of things ending as badly as an Airbnb orgy, but then again, maybe not.
Is there such a thing as a friendly, generous and trusting billionaire?
