A travel influencer recently celebrated her 28th birthday with a unique Costco-themed birthday party that’s winning hearts across social media.
Wholesomely wholesale: Last week, Jasmine Belle Pak transported her guests to the world of Costco with a video of her birthday, featuring a spread that mirrored the wholesale giant’s food court.
The party offered an impressive selection of Costco staples, from rotisserie chicken and hot dogs to pepperoni pizza, twisted churros and more, complete with authentic-looking price signage.
Meanwhile, her birthday cake notably sported a Kirkland Signature-inspired sign.
Committing to the theme: To create the perfect Costco atmosphere, Pak told Today that she sourced red trays from a wholesale restaurant store and even made her own price tags using Adobe Photoshop.
Playing their parts: During the event, Pak and her fiancé donned T-shirts featuring Costco’s famous $1.50 hot dog and soda combo.
Partygoers also went all out with their Costco-inspired, name-tagged outfits. Some dressed as Costco employees, while others sported Kirkland Signature sweaters.
A viral sensation: Since Tuesday, Pak’s Instagram and TikTok videos of the event have garnered over 4 million views.
Several social media users showered Pak with praise for her commitment and creativity.
“I need to do this for my husband’s birthday!!!” one user wrote. “He loves Costco and is there 5 days a week.”
“Wait this is iconic,” another user chimed in.
Costco’s official Instagram account also complimented the party, writing, “This is amazing!”
