Chinese Doctor and Bodybuilder Brings ‘Street Fighter’ Character Chun-Li to Life

After being called the real-life Chun-Li by social media users, Chinese doctor and bodybuilder Yuan Herong has brought the “Street Fighter” character to life by wearing cosplay.

Yuan surprised her followers in an Instagram post last week showing several photos of herself posing in a Chun-Li costume.

Instead of the original default costume, the internet celebrity went with Chun-Li’s battle dress outfit, which can be seen in “Street Fighter V.”

Yuan recently took second place at a bodybuilding competition held by the Chinese Bodybuilding Association, according to Comicbook.

She started bodybuilding two years ago after her encounter with Zhang Wei and trains four to five days a week.

The bodybuilder, model and doctor in Qingdao, Shandong province, China became famous after posting several pictures of herself trying on bridal gowns.

In a previous post, Yuan wrote in her caption that she’s not a fitness coach and that she’s a doctor and part-time model.
