Last week, a man was caught on camera taking upskirt photos of unknowing women on a subway in Shanghai.
While he thought he was being sneaky, an onlooker caught him in the act and took photos of him. The photos were posted on Weibo where it has racked up 2,000 shares and over 4,000 comments.
The culprit has been identified as a student at the Shanghai University of Applied Sciences. The school has confirmed that the man is a student and are cooperation with police for an investigation.
