A young boy in southwestern China has wowed thousands of clients and gained more than a million social media followers for his amazing hairdressing skills.

Jiang Hongqi, who recently turned 6, has been helping out at his parents’ salon in Suining, Sichuan province since he was 4, according to Sina News.

Adult colleagues assisted Jiang in the beginning, but the past two years enabled him to master the necessary skills and render service all by himself.

His parents, who have been running the business for six years, have been sharing his clips on Kuaishou, where he has amassed more than 1.5 million followers.

Jiang’s ability to maneuver a variety of hairdressing tools with ease and precision has impressed clients and viewers alike.

He handles scissors, razors, combs, brushes and hair dryers with unbelievable dexterity.

Moreover, he is able to cut and style his own hair!

Needless to say, Jiang has become a hairdressing expert for his age.

Netizens praised his skills and expressed their desire to book a service:
