Chinese Film Studio Seeks Nude Body Double By Holding ‘Breast Model’ Contest

Women from almost a dozen universities across China have participated in the event that was held in the middle of acres of farmland in Zhejiang province, according to Shanghaiist via Medium. The location is better known for replicating full-scale historic sites, such as the Forbidden City and the Old Summer Palace.

The contestants, dressed in their sexy swimsuits, had gone through several challenges during the competition, which all of them involves doing something with their breasts. As said in the report, the challenges range from crushing/popping balloons with only using their boobs to holding their smartphones with their cleavage.

Only one, unfortunately, got the body double gig for the Chinese film studio. The unnamed woman, apparently from Chongqing in southwest China, has been hired by the studio as a body double for any of its actresses who are not comfortable showing their bodies on camera. The winner will reportedly earn about 10,000 yuan ($1,591) per day.

All is not lost for those who didn’t take home the grand prize. The other women will still have a chance to prove they are the breast model in China. A local plastic surgery is set to hold the annual International Breast Model Contest in Anhui province some time later this year.

A “hot mom” won the “best breast” competition back in 2016. While some people find it empowering to women, others view the whole event as offensive. There are also those who criticized the event for allowing women who have gone through breast augmentation to participate, further saying that the award should be given to the surgeon — not the contestant.
