A Chinese college graduate created a building out of beer bottles.
Designer Li Rongjun spent four months building a 29-square-meter building from 8,500 beer bottles.
According to Sohu News via Shanghaiist, Rongjun used an abandoned tile plant for his project, which he completed last month.
A handful of villagers have since visited the building to admire its artistry.
Li Yan, a villager in the area, said: “The building is more beautiful in the evening, as it is luminous under the lighting.”
“The whole beer bottle room has two stories with 40 tiers of empty beer bottles in total.”
The beer bottle building is Rongjun’s first project since he graduated from the Inner Mongolia University of Science & Technology with a degree in construction.
Li Rongjun said of his project, “I am to build an office using a unique artistic style.”
