Passengers stranded on Princess Cruises’ Diamond Princess might soon be able to avail free porn as efforts to halt the spread of the 2019 novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV, also known as COVID-19) inside the ship continue.
The bold offer comes from Miami-based adult company CamSoda, which promises each eligible passenger 1,000 free tokens that may be spent for camming with porn models on their website.
Diamond Princess, which has 3,700 passengers and crew members, remains docked at Daikoku Pier in Yokohama, Japan.
CamSoda also extended its offer to Princess Cruises’ World Dream ship, but all 3,600 aboard the vessel that docked outside Hong Kong were released on Sunday, according to Forbes.

“They are not only dealing with the fear of infection, which is terrifying, but boredom,” said Daryn Parker, CamSoda’s vice president, according to Fox Business. “We like cruises just as much as the next guy, but without activities or human interaction, the boredom must be crippling.”

Parker added that the offer aims to distract the passengers from the virus. “In an effort to keep their minds off of the coronavirus and to help with the boredom, we’re offering passengers and crews the ability to have fun in a safe and controlled environment with camming.”
Placed under quarantine on Feb. 4, Diamond Princess has so far detected at least 174 cases of 2019-nCoV/COVID-19 infections, according to Business Insider.
As of this writing, the ship is expected to remain on lockdown until next Wednesday.
That means passengers — and crew members — have about a week to hang out at CamSoda, which requires a copy of travel documents to be sent to [email protected]
However, it’s unclear whether the service is accessible at all inside the ship, which reportedly prohibits access to some adult websites.
“All internet usage subject to Carnival Corporation’s standard policies, which may limit browsing of sites identified as containing mature or violent content,” states the terms of service implemented by Carnival Corporation & PLC, Princess Cruises’ parent company.
