Just in time for Christmas, BTS’s V gifted fans with a cover of “It’s Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas.”

The K-pop star, whose real name is Kim Tae-hyung, uploaded his take on the classic on Dec. 24 at midnight (Korean Standard Time), delighting fans. The singer had previously teased the song on Friday on his Instagram story, which featured an illustration of a singer, trumpeter and bassist against a deep green background.

In the video, the 26-year-old idol can be seen wearing a light blue hoodie in front of a mic. As the calming cover comes to an end, V’s pomeranian Yeontan makes an appearance, snuggling into his arms. Adhering to the Christmas spirit, the duo dances along to the soothing instrumentals.

V also uploaded an original Christmas song as a gift for fans last year. Titled “Snow Flower,” V sings about falling in love and spending a white flower-like Christmas together.

Fans can stream V’s latest Christmas cover on YouTube and Soundcloud.
