BTS’ J-Hope is set to light up the stage like dynamite in Times Square this New Year’s Eve.

The K-pop star is one of several artists who have been selected to perform during this year’s “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve.” The annual TV special, which has been primarily broadcast from New York City, first aired in 1972.

J-Hope will reportedly perform a medley of three songs: “= (Equal Sign),” “Chicken Noodle Soup” and “Butter (Holiday Remix).”

This year’s special, which will be hosted by Ryan Seacrest and Liza Koshy and broadcast by ABC, will also feature both live and pre-recorded musical performances from artists such as Duran Duran, Jax, Ciara, Fitz and the Tantrums, Halle Bailey, TOMORROW x TOGETHER, Dove Cameron, Armani White, Wiz Khalifa and Nicky Youre.

Back in 2017 and 2019, J-Hope performed during the iconic TV special with his fellow BTS members. In 2017, the group performed “DNA” and “MIC Drop,” and in 2019, they performed “Make It Right” and “Boy With Luv.”
