To celebrate the official release of their show “Black Knight” on Netflix, director Cho Ui-seok and cast members Kim Woo-bin, Kang Yoo-seok, Esom and Song Seung-heon sat down to talk with NextShark.
Black Knight — the live-action adaptation of the Korean webtoon “Delivery Knight” — revolves around a “dystopian future devastated by air pollution.” The survival of humanity depends on Black Knights, who are delivery drivers who bring oxygen and emergency supplies to citizens.
In the midst of their apocalyptic present, refugee Sa-wol (Kang Yoo-seok) and delivery driver 5-8 (Kim Woo-bin) must take matters into their own hands to create a better future for Korea.
