The 28-year-old told the Daily News in an email:

“I went on Instagram and everyone seemed to be doing yoga on a beach or eating vegetables masquerading as desserts.”

Younger isn’t afraid to post unglamorous photos of herself either. She wrote:

Narcissism and the focus on the body on social media is something Younger has also taken note of, as she said:

Younger plans to continue to challenge society’s unhealthy obsession with body image:
