Bebe Rexha teamed up with Itzy members Yeji and Ryujin for a new remix of her 2021 song “Break My Heart Myself.”
The origins of the collaboration can be traced back to around a month ago when Yeji and Ryujin appeared in a viral dance video set to the Rexha’s “Break My Heart Myself” (featuring Travis Barker) for their “Studio Choom” performance.
Their choreography and visuals quickly went viral, with the video of their performance amassing over 26 million views on YouTube as of this writing.
Rexha reacted to their performance on her TikTok on June 14, commenting, “I think @ITZY should jump on the remix of the song!” She followed that up with another clip asking for someone to teach her the choreography.

The Grammy-nominated singer took to Instagram on Thursday to post a teaser of their remix.
Itzy have performed several times on “Studio Choom,” and both Yeji and Ryujin have appeared on the program with their own individual covers.

As a now-certified Midzy (Itzy fan), Rexha has plenty of Itzy content to keep her busy, such as the girl group’s recent summer comeback and a world tour to look forward to starting in August. The JYP Entertainment quintet are also slated to headline KCON LA next month with a stacked lineup that includes Ateez, Enhypen, Lightsum, Loona, P1Harmony, StayC, Stray Kids, TO1 and “Queendom” Season 2 winner WJSN
