Awkwafina, star of “Crazy Rich Asians,” took to Twitter to school trolls who made racist comments about her dog on Instagram, saying that the joke is as “overused as their grandfathers’ vaginas.”

Awkwafina shared a clip of herself with her now-deceased pet dog in an Instagram Story on Monday.

Unfortunately, the Story received many, “LOL don’t eat him tho” comments, which prompted her to speak out on Twitter.

“Posted a dog on my IG and got a lot of ‘LOL don’t eat him tho’ comments. Then I thought bout how much I loved my dog, how I bought her a slutty Zorro outfit.
“She was my best friend, and B4 she died, I spent all my savings on her medical expenses. I miss her everyday.”
The offensive remark stems from outdated, stereotypical assumptions that all Asians consume dog meat.

To this, Awkwafina responded:
“So next time u come thru w the dog eating accusations, remember that that joke is as overused as your Grandpas Vagina. Nix it on your next open mic comedy set. I know your aunt and step dad will be the only ones attending, but you should still try and wow them.”
Burn.
Twitter denizens supported Awkwafina’s comeback, including “Crazy Rich Asians” lead actress and co-star, Constance Wu.
