Asian man targeted with racist insults on Boston bus in viral video

A white woman was filmed verbally harassing an Asian man with racist language aboard a Boston bus, according to a video posted by the man’s partner on Sept. 9.

The video shows the unidentified woman seated directly behind the man, leaning over his seat while shouting insults. The man remains seated and begins recording as she continues her tirade inches from his face.

The woman is heard saying, “Your fleecing of America,” then repeats the accusation louder while gesturing toward the camera. She adds, “Look at Donald Trump and your fleecing of America, douche bag,” and continues by calling the man “b*tch” and “ho.” At one point, she says, “You and your nasty kids aren’t gonna be performing another fleecing of America,” followed by, “You’re not getting any child support for your nasty c*nt rats.” Mid-rant, she also declares, “I know Donald Trump.”

The man, largely silent, eventually tells her to “get the f*ck out of my face” before the woman retreats and continues hurling insults. Text overlaid in the video states that the man and other minorities were targeted with racial slurs and that only one woman attempted to intervene during the incident.

The individuals involved have not been publicly identified, and the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority has not released a statement.
