Man Harasses Two Asian Women on NYC Train, Calls Them ‘Stupid Chink’

Two Asian women in New York City were on their way home on Thursday night when a man riding the same train told one of them to “shut the f*ck up you stupid chink”.
In a Facebook post published on the same night, Ariana Bian and her friend Court Nah were on the Long Island Rail Road service, and the harasser continued to antagonize the pair of women between the Woodside to Bayside stops.
He asked the women if they had jobs and claimed he makes $200,000 working as a construction worker for NYC Ironworkers.
The man also claimed to be the son-in-law of FDNY Commissioner Daniel A. Nigro. However, department spokesman Frank Gribbon stated below the post that, “This individual is not related to Commissioner Nigro, and the Fire Department finds the comments you cite, if true, to be reprehensible.”
Even the commissioner’s daughter, Lori L. Nigro Quinn, has stepped forward to speak out against the man on Bayside, Queens public Facebook group, saying, “This is NOT my husband nor is he my sister’s husband. We are not related to this individual nor do we even recognize him. It is disgraceful that this incident occurred. Truly unacceptable.”
Other Facebook commenters chimed in on Bian’s original post, calling the man on the LIRR “a real douchebag” and “an assh*le”.
Meanwhile, Bian, who is a certified fitness instructor, says she is planning to file a police report and “report this racist piece of sh*t to his employer.”
