K-pop girl group Apink has released their 10th mini-album, “SELF,” which features the lead single “D N D.”
The project marks the group’s first release since “HORN” in 2022 and their first as a quintet following Son Na-eun’s departure in April 2022 to pursue acting under YG Entertainment.
“SELF” contains four other tracks: “Withcha,” “Me, Myself & I,” “Candy” and “I want you to be happy.” Member Park Cho-rong wrote “Me, Myself & I,” Kim Nam-joo wrote “Candy” and the entire group has writing credits for “I want you to be happy.”
The release of “SELF” comes after the debut of Apink’s sub-unit CHOBOM, which consists of Cho-rong and Yoon Bo-mi. The duo released a single album titled “Copycat” in July 2022.
Apink recently kicked off their “Pink Drive” mini-concert tour in Japan on March 17 and 19, followed by performances in Hong Kong on March 26 and Taiwan on April 1. The Korean leg of the tour will take place on April 15 and 16 at Olympic Hall in Songpa district, southern Seoul.
