69-Year-Old Grandpa in China Amazes Netizens With Epic Pole Dancing Skills

Pole dancing may be extremely difficult to pull off for some people, but this 69-year-old grandfather from China makes it look very easy.
Zhang Xida from Chengdu, the capital city of Sichuan Province, is not your average 69-year-old grandfather as he looks extremely fit, and is now an instructor, teaching aspiring dancers 40 years younger than him.
Zhang wanted to try dancing as a hobby after he retired from his previous job working at an art factory, according to China Plus News. Square dancing is fairly popular among the elderly in China, but he wanted a more powerful form of the art, and so he turned to pole dancing.
He practiced with many young women at a studio for three years. After his rigorous training of about four to five hours everyday, he is now an instructor to some of the female members of the dance studio, according to Shanghaiist.
Zhang claims that pole dancing has helped him achieve eternal youth, India Today reported. This dance style has also helped him stay in perfect shape, maintain his good health and above all else, keep his spirits high.
By the looks of it, and in Zhang’s book, age is really just a number.
