According to Shanghaiist, the model-esque mother claims that working out in the frigid cold can stave off the aging process, ensuring a youthful, more vibrant look.

She will exercise for hours each day, but takes her regimen to the extreme during the winter, where she swims in freezing water and does yoga in the snow.
