A Chinese brat was caught on camera throwing at least five body kicks at his mother and grandmother after the former took his smartphone away and wouldn’t let him play with it.
The 8-second video shows the grandmother trying to break up the fight and defend the mom from the little demon’s temper tantrum as they wait at a hospital in the southern city of Guangzhou.
The spoiled child looks to be about 10 years old and was reportedly angry at his mom for not letting him play games on the device.
Shanghaiist noted that China has become notorious for it’s “little emperors,” only children who are used to getting what they want from their parents — except discipline.
One expert who watched the video said that these types of situations are more prevalent in China than ever before, pointing out that parents need to put their foot down and discipline their children.
Viewers on Chinese social media site Sina Weibo agreed as they said the boy’s parents may be too lenient on him at home.
It is the parents that are at fault here, not the child. They need to show the boy how to behave, commented one user on Weibo.
If this were my kid, I would beat the snot out of him, another person wrote.
