Uni Lovers Rejoice! Sea Urchin Ramen is a Real Thing [PHOTOS]

As uni lovers, we all share one thing in common: we get batshit crazy whenever we find a new dish with sea urchin in it that we’ve haven’t tried. Well folks, prepare your tastebuds, because our friends over at Another Tokyo have found a shop that serves uni ramen.

The ramen shop is called Tairyo Makoto, which means “Big Catch Makoto,” and it’s located in Tokyo, Shibuya, Dogenzaka 11-2.

As noted by Rocket News 24, this style of ramen is called tsukemen, where the noodles and broth come separate. You basically dip the noodles into the broth and consume it from there.
