Inside the Epic 4-Day Cruise Ship Retreat For Billionaires, Celebs and Entrepreneurs

This past weekend, over 2,000 big names from tech, entertainment, and media came together for a four-day cruise getaway called Summit at Sea that sailed from Miami, Florida to international waters.

Attendees included Google Executive Chairman Eric Schmidt, musician John Legend, billionaire Uber founder Travis Kalanick, Martha Stewart, MTV founder Bob Pittman, billionaire investor Chris Sacca, and more.
The event is invitation-only and costed roughly $3,000 to over $10,000 to go depending on the room size you wanted and whether you wanted to share space with other participants. The cost does not include travel arrangements.

The event is organized and hosted by Summit Series, an events organization established in 2008 that hosts events for young entrepreneurs and influencers.
There were a ton of panel talks including the one below with John Legend, Equal Justice Initiative Founder Bryan Stevenson, and actor Harry Belafonte. Their panel was on art and social justice.
Legend serenaded the crowd with a song after his panel.
