A 20-year-old Chinese man is now working with the same stewardess he took a photo with 15 years ago.

Xu Yang Feng was only 5 years old when he went on his very first flight, according to Beijing Youth Paper Daily via Mothership.

Xu remembered the experience very well and said he wasn’t bothered by the idea of flying. He also enjoyed the moment and managed to take a picture with the stewardess before he left the plane with his parents.

Now, Xu is a third-year student in the aviation crew of the Civil Aviation Flight Academy of China. While doing his internship with China Eastern Airlines in October, the man saw a familiar face in the flight crew.

Even though 15 years had passed, Xu said he recognized the stewardess, known as Fang, when he saw her.

Fang has been working for the airline for 20 years and has been on countless flights. Despite this, she also remembered taking the picture with Xu.

The airline heard of what happened and made arrangements so that Xu could be paired up with Fang for his internship.

The two of them also recreated the picture they took 15 years ago.

“The plane model is different, and there are some differences in the position of the seat, but the feeling I had back then and now is still the same,” Fang said.
