An entire middle school in South Korea was recently treated to a ridiculous amount of pizza as a reward for a kind act by two of its students.
Kang Tae Won and Han Woong, both students of Seogwipo Middle School in Jeju Island, found a wallet on the street on January 30, AllKPop reports. The middle schoolers were going back home from tutoring when they came across the wallet containing around 300,000 Korean Won ($251) in cash.
An entire middle school in South Korea was recently treated to a ridiculous amount of pizza as a reward for a kind act by two of its students.
Upon checking that the wallet belonged to a 34-year-old man named Oh Sang Jin, the two students decided to find the owner and return the wallet themselves. Touched by the students’ good deed, Oh offered to compensate them with a reward but they both turned it down.
“We just coincidentally found it. We didn’t go find him with the intent of being compensated,” Kang Tae Won was quoted as telling a local reporter.

Oh, who happens to be an alumnus of Seogwipo Middle School, decided to highlight the boys’ actions by extending the reward to the entire school. He had 125 boxes of pizza delivered to Seogwipo Middle School on May 20.
According to Oh, he is so proud of the students, noting that the money he spent on the pizza was well worth it.
