Rising K-pop boy group Monsta X is making an animated appearance on Cartoon Network’s “We Bare Bears.”
In a minute-long teaser for an upcoming episode, viewers had a glimpse of what it’s like if Ice Bear (Demetri Martin), Panda (Bobby Moynihan) and Grizzly (Eric Edelstein) rub shoulders with Monsta X members Hyungwon, I.M, Joohoney, Kihyun, Minhyuk, Shownu and Wonho.

The episode, titled “Panda’s Birthday,” will see Ice Bear and Grizzly plan a special surprise for their friend, who happens to be a Monbebe — how Monsta X fans are affectionately called.
In the teaser, Ice Bear manages to find a way to bring Panda to his idols, but things do not go exactly as planned.
Monsta X, which debuted in 2015 under Starship Entertainment, is the first K-pop group to collaborate with Cartoon Network.
“We are absolutely thrilled and honored to be in an episode of ‘We Bare Bears.’ It’s one of the most beloved animated series in the world! We put in a lot of effort into this collaboration and hope our fans, as well as ‘We Bare Bear’ fans, can truly enjoy it,” lead rapper I.M said, according to Billboard.
The teaser shows Monsta X appearing in their suite dancing to the tune of “Hero,” one of their 2015 hits, before entertaining their unexpected visitor.
Meanwhile, Ice Bear is seen adorably trying to speak to them in Korean before remembering Panda, whose journey to meeting his idols seem much more challenging.
Unsurprisingly, Monbebes celebrated upon learning the collaboration and seeing the teaser, which raked over 200,000 views in just a day:
