Ben Baller Gifts Elon Musk an Insane $40,000 ‘Tesla’ Diamond Ring

Celebrity jeweler Ben Baller has crafted a one-of-a-kind diamond “Tesla” ring as a gift to Tesla CEO Elon Musk.
In an Instagram post, Baller shared images of the stunning piece of jewelry designed with Tesla’s name and logo.
“Please accept this 1 of 1 custom Diamond and Ruby #Tesla ring for being an inspiration to me and my best friend Paul,” the Korean American jeweler-to-the-stars wrote on Instagram Friday.
The ring, which is made of solid platinum and encrusted with diamonds and rubies “of the highest quality,” is worth nearly $40,000, TMZ reports.
Baller used a trillion cut diamond to emphasize the “T” logo on the front which he surrounded by round brilliant white diamonds and rubies which were pavé set by hand. On the back of the ring, custom cut diamond baguettes spell out “Tesla.”
According to Baller, the gift is in recognition of Musk’s numerous achievements.
“This ring was designed and created here in America, just like your cars,” Baller noted. “We salute you for giving 50,000 jobs to Americans and putting USA back on the map as a serious contender in the auto industry.”
“You could have easily retired after you sold PayPal but you bet it all on Tesla and that takes BIG balls. Much respect…Thank you for being awesome,” he added.
“This ring was designed and created here in America, just like your cars,” Baller noted. “We salute you for giving 50,000 jobs to Americans and putting USA back on the map as a serious contender in the auto industry.”

He further noted that while he has never gifted another person a custom piece of jewelry before, Musk totally deserved such a Christmas present since he “motivated (Baller) and (his best friend) Paul to level up and push limits.”
Baller and Paul are both Tesla fans who drive Tesla Model X P100Ds. TMZ reports that Musk should get his gift something this week.
