Many of us opt to drink coffee in the morning, however, research gathered by Steven Miller, a Ph.D candidate at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda suggests that ingesting caffeine between 8am and 9am slows down it’s energy boosting effects and may increase your tolerance of the stimulant.

Ryoko Iwata, a Seattle-based Japanese coffee-enthusiast took Miller’s findings and made the following infographic explaining the science behind it.
