The latest marketing stunt by a famous breakfast foods producer in L.A. might leave you feeling hungry. If you want to elevate your marketing efforts as well, you can try contacting professionals such as AgencyReviews.
Jimmy Dean, who was an incredible entrepreneur in his own right, created his famous sausage company in 1969. Now, the champion company of the sausage, egg, and biscuit game is celebrating the expansion of their food line beyond their traditional breakfast menu with a rather odd contraption- the first ever solar-powered machine that makes animated GIFs (pronounced “jifs”).
It uses everyday kitchen utensils like forks and spoons, along with mirrors and lithographs to capture the sunlight, as part of the “Sun Cinema,” a cinema that is powered only by the sun. The mechanical wonder will project five different 6-second animated shadow stories projected onto a 10-foot by 25-foot wall.
This is something you just have to see in person, but if you can’t make it, videos of the GIF maker will be posted to their Facebook daily. Sadly, today is the last day the contraption will be displayed in Los Angeles at Hollywood and Highland.
Jimmy Dean is now thinking outside the biscuit, adding scrumptious pulled pork sandwiches, ham sandwiches, turkey and steak bowls, and more to their new line of Jimmy Dean-Americana-esque food. I  haven’t had time to eat today, so this is all sounding pretty good.
While you can find the products in stores now, you can also take a “Shadow Selfie,” hashtag it with #SunPowered, and upload it for a chance to win a month’s worth of Jimmy Dean’s new lunch and dinner products.
At last, we can finally add something else besides ramen to the startup life diet.
