It’s no secret that sleep experts recommend establishing a bedtime routine to help relax the mind and drift into sleep better. However, most of us haven’t followed a bedtime routine since childhood, and instead might opt to fall asleep checking your phone or drift off while watching Netflix.

Rather than purposefully give yourself jetlag, because that really happens, follow this simple routine to get a perfect night’s sleep and wake up rested and ready to be productive.
