If you have ever worked in customer service for the food industry, then you are very aware of the saying, “The customer is always right.”
The good news is people are usually aware that review sites are often exclusively one-sided outlets for customers to rant about the terrible experiences they’ve had with the people on the other side of the counter.
In an ideal world, the tables would turn on customers, and waitresses and delivery guys could say a thing or two about the people they serve. (Comedians Ben Palmer and Nick Price took advantage of a similar opportunity to crack a wise joke on customers with their “Customer Service” account on Facebook.)
