Another Chinese fitness challenge is sweeping across the net and it’s called the paper-thin waist test, or “A4 waist.”
The test is pretty self-explanatory: To test and see whether you are physically fit by paper size standards, hold up a 21 cm by 29.7 cm (8.2 inches by 11.7 inches) sheet of paper, the standard European size, to your waist.
A person is considered to be in good shape if they don’t have anything sticking out to the side of the standard A4 sheet of paper.
The paper-waist test is a current trending topic on Weibo with hundreds of people posting pictures of themselves on the platform and thousands others commenting.
It’s time to get rid of those love handles if you want to pass.
